Toxicologist, Addictionologist, Active Board Certified Physician and Medical Examiner, Dr. Morrone provides experience on determination of death or injury specializing in toxicology (opiate, opioid, club drugs, methadone, alcohol and diverted pharmaceuticals). He is also available as an expert witness for DNA, necrokinetics, postmortem redistribution and to establish the cause and manner of death in all persons who die suddenly, unexpectedly, violently as a result of any suspicious circumstances, while imprisoned in a county or city jail, or in persons without medical attendance. Research experience, engineering, toxicology, pharmacy and medicine as well as alpha, beta and gamma radiation, microwave radiation, weapons of mass destruction, fire science, search and rescue background make his consults unique. Dr. Morrone holds several U.S. Patents in drug discovery and is familiar with DEA and FDA issues from drug launch to enforcement and investigation.
